The rules remain as always:
This is meant to be a free write, which means: no editing, no over-thinking, no worrying about perfect grammar or punctuation.
Also, the most important rule is that you visit the blog of the person who linked up before you and leave some encouragement. That’s the most fun of all, and the heart of this community.
Fill. When I think of this word I think of empty, or half-full... I never will think of FULL. Fill is different than FULL. Fill is an action, full is past. If one is full, one has been filled.
Today was my birthday so we headed out to the Mandarin for lunch. Gramma, our international student, son and hubby. It was a nice meal. Conversation, food. laughter, it was a good time had. :) We were full by the time we were done.. filled up with food and love. :) Good that eh?
Upon our return at home there's a small bag sitting in the door with "happy birthday" on it. A lady from church was ever so kind as to leave a gift for me. So again I am FULL. Filled up with the warmth of an unexpected gift. Son races upstairs to get the gift from dad and it's a LOVELY muffin tin. It makes my heart smile as again.. I am full. Filled up with the love of a hubby who knows truly what i want. :)
This is good you know.. to be full.
And this what God wants to give us. That being full. When we ask to be filled up with his love, when we plead to be filled with the Holy Spirit.. he wants us to be FULL indeed. To know that without him we can't ever be full.. we need HIM to fill us.
T'is good that. That filling. :)
Ah.. 1057 p.m. Time to end.
