It's getting better and I'm not so gassy so life is much better! :) BUT I can't eat anything acidic, I remain leery of bread and beef doesn't go over so well yet. So I continue eating many rice dishes.
Above is a "I'm hungry and need something to eat meal". My boy said "Pizza mom!" so while his pizza was doing it's thing, I did mine. :)
it took me all of 15 minutes to throw together since I had the rice already cooked.
Onions, yellow pepper, peas and some celery. Mixed that together with some rice and a touch of butter. I put no salt seasoning on it (which was okay but lacked something)...
But overall it was a great meal. Not too big either.
I do best right now with smaller meals.
