Then I got to thinking about how when you brew you are mixing things together. In the case of coffee...well you have water and coffee, witches brew eye of newt and what not, and you can brew almost anything... like stew for a lad needing a touch of home.
All this led me to thinking about how I brew up a variety of things for my blogs, I have my devotional blog, a family blog, a rabbitry blog, a mostly homeschooling blog and as time goes on I dislike the separation of everything. I also dislike spending dollars anymore than I need to, so I am looking at making a brew of at least a couple of my blogs, just meld them together into one. Hopefully making a better tasting brew in the end or at least one in a single crockpot that will be easier to manage in the long run.
I know the conventional wisdom that keeping your blogs separate ends up helping your bottom line better...it's helps with the promotion of your product, but I figure there's time for that later, or if I see the need I can branch off again, but right now, I'm kinda looking at simplicity of maintenance and lowering overall costs.
I dunno.. what do you think? Should it work to combine my mostly homeschooling blog with my devotional blog? Should I let people more readily see the inner me? Should I make a more overall brew in one place? Still pondering, but definitely leaning more that way you know? That's where my heart is leaning at the moment....
