Parenting Helps
Prodigal Planet.Prodigal Planet is a place for Christian parents to come when they are struggling with their teens. It is for the parent with a past, who is struggling to raise Christian kids with no background to to pull from.
It is for parents with prodigal kids, who for one reason or another are making choices we never wanted for their lives, such as drugs, alcohol, sexual activity, same sex relationships, self-mutilation.
It is a place where we can safely process this stuff that we’re dealing with. No judgments. No accusations. No criticism. Just loving support as we all try to love our kids despite the things that they do.
And sometimes we’ll ask, loudly, WHAT PLANET ARE THEY FROM?! And other parents will just nod in agreement.
