I wanted very much to know what would happen to their friendship, would it continue and if it did, would it somehow change them?
It was a good read. The two women are Libby and Anne and they just happen to become friends and then need to deal with the fall-out of that friendship and what it means for them in their lives. Both lives were changed, just as any good solid friendship changes lives.
The book does have a religious aspect, but it's not overbearing or preachy, it's just one woman living out her faith as best she can, and another lady who happens to catch glimpses of it and henceforth is challenged by it.
I have no issues recommending anyone to read it, I'm glad it was in the books I got from my mom as she did one of her downsizing of stuff jobbies. :) It's good to be recipient of such things. :)
In case you want to know where to get it, I've given my affliate link. :) Doesn't cost you any extra and just might throw me a penny or two. :)
