Below is our intrepid instructor. She was a soft-spoken lady who needed to polish her teaching skills a bit (but don't we all?)... and the children learned. We soon discovered she excelled at one to one teaching... as the slower quieter children blossomed under her watchful hands-on approach.
The children learned the different parts of the arrow. They learned why one feather is a different colour. It shows which way the arrow should face. The odd coloured one should be facing away from the bow (out to the side my son says). By doing so you keep your fletching from robbing off on the bow.
