A parent dies.
A step-mother passes away.
A life time needs tidying up before a house is sold
A secret discovered.
Suddenly Kelli is on the search. Who is she REALLY?
Against the advice of a best friend, off she goes looking, searching, hiding, seeking, wanting answers...who is she REALLY?
The book answers this question and more.
It's an easy read.
No real definitive answers for why what was done was done.
BUT answers were received and Kelli discovered more than she bargained for and THAT was a good thing.
Written by Kathryn Cushman with carefully weaved characters I was drawn into the world of Kelli with all her wonderings. Who is she really? Can she truly build for herself a family?
My Thoughts:
Good read. Easy. Character development is well done. Has some romance but is more backburner than front and isn't more important than the central theme of the book. I appreciated that. Be a good book for teens and up to read.
